Smoked some Wagyu Beef ribs yesterday

Also did a blue cheese and bacon salad with a simple red wine vinagerette, some roastie potatoes, and smoked sweet corn salad with a cilantro lime dressing

Is there an advantage to using wagyu ribs for smoking? I've always just used random cheap rib racks (from the :marseytaliban: butcher though so it's always fresh and with extra animal suffering :marseywholesome:)

They were actually the only back ribs I could find at HEB the day I went. But I rarely miss an opportunity to assert my dominance over the poors anyway.

Probably not as much as the difference between a wagyu and choice ribeye. But I do think the extra marbling does add some flavor.

At any rate, the racks I bought this time were only like $25/ea. not dirt cheap, but certainly not insanely expensive.
