That's a nice roundup of all the bullshit treats one could get but left out one of the classics: Pennies! Frickin' pennies. Maybe one, maybe a few. But I did grow up in a neighborhood with a lot of :marseymerchant: so maybe this isn't a universal experience.

:marseyemojirofl: That's right, the toothbrush! A rare one but probably at least one per Halloween. The pencils and the raisins made me laugh out loud, those were classics. Like, the box of Sun-Maids probably had more sugar in it than a Snickers bite-sized. So healthy. :marseyjerkoffsmile:

edit: I'm remembering plastic spider rings too, but those were cool at least.
