One of the places I worked took a catering contract for this frat that was renovating their kitchen, 2 meals 6 days a week for 4 months for like 50 people. I had to make 5 fricking gallons of ranch for those dudes every single day. I made a 3 gallon batch twice a week for the rest of the pretty high volume restaurant.
