I kind of fricked it up to be honest. I have a meat thermometer with an alarm set for 125, but I guess when it went off for the smaller one it cancelled the alarm for the larger ones. So sadly they cooked to 130 or so. It's prime rib so it'll still be good, but man, I frick it up like every time.
