A lot of the stigma for being LGBT in Gaza is because Israelis find out and blackmail you, so they're suspected as working with them. Super unfair on all levels but we can't really judge since we aren't living under apartheid.

What I've heard is that Homosexuality is legal in the west bank but in the gaza strip it is Illegal in the punishment is 10 years in prison but It is not actually enforced And being a gay person in gaza Is about as illegal as jay walking

do they seriously expect me to believe that jaywalking (in an area with collapsing resources no less) is prosecuted with jail time and physical assault and surveillance after release from imprisonment
