70% is an insanely r-slurred number and was not made by anyone who has even the most basic knowledge about past elections:
1964, LBJ gets 61.1% of the popular vote
1972, Nixon gets 60.7% of the popular vote
1984, Reagan gets 58.8% of the popular vote
