Huh, really weird how the FBI, part of the federal government, was holding a presentation on February 17th, a federal holiday.

Outreach is volunteer hours, but since they'd be doing it as representatives they still can't do that in their off time

they can go as Billy and Bob, but that particular event had to be scrapped because it would have been perceived as being done with government approval
it's like how members of the military can go to partisan political events but they cannot wear their uniform or say that they are there on behalf of the military
