I think it's the second, I wanted to play the SF3 tournament but couldn't make it. I don't remember why.
This one now, there were two issues. I forgot, I didn't notice how close the tournament was from the announcement.
But even had I not forgotten: I've been pretty much bedridden from an tooth abscess for a few days now.
