You have to realize that HotD is about the downfall of one house and dragons due to their infighting. So, of course, it mainly includes just one house but it seems like the finale and the next season will include more houses including the ones we knew in GoT because people are going to take sides.
I donโt understand how you guys have forgotten GoT entirely. Season 1 was mostly about Starks vs Lannisters. More houses only got roped in later seasons.

Yeah but it also followed the same formula of using the first season for some teaser action, with some great dragon scenes for this show, to set the playing board.

Yeah, I'm watching it. The schizo-royalty running a country into the ground thing is pretty funny to me and I'm hopeful that the next season will be better without the weird covid rules they had to film around. I'd put season 1 so far at round mid-GoT quality. Not as good as the early stuff not as awful as the late stuff.

serious answer, i donโt really watch a lot of tv so when i do i like watching big dragon and murder based off books i like, simple as. itโs not as good as s1-4 GoT but not as bad as s5-8 GoT so itโs good enough. unless itโs gotten remarkably worse past episode 6, thatโs as far as iโve seen.
