These questions/answers are poorly written, grammatically incorrect, and sometimes completely wrong.
The reason they're written in this Q/A format is so the "article" gets higher placement on Google algorithms for when boomers type full length questions into the search bar.

Here's an easy way to figure it out. If the site has a weird header like a Contents Sidebar on Wikipedia, and especially if all the quick links are in the form of a question, the site is probably a clickfarm.

More importantly, does it actually generate revenue? It's hard to say.
It feels like people just copy the site formula because they think it's successful. I don't know the quality/quantity of ads these sites run since I've got ad blockers on all my devices.
I suppose if you're competent enough to create an AI that can search the web for random topics to generate questions about. And then have the AI poorly reword other articles to generate answers. You might make a little passive income on the side.
Here's an idea: instead of wasting the time training an AI to generate Q/As. Cut the middleman and just get an AI that copies other people's Clickfarm sites.
You could probably have multiple sites running, each one copying a different site.

I was thinking more like just copying the whole clickfarm site. The site logo, the author, the about section, whatever, just take it all. Make your domain with a single letter changed. And just have the AI update the site everytime the original clickfarm does something. The owners of the original clickfarm should have zero copyright protections because their site mostly just steals from other sites.
Set some simple exceptions, so that hyperlinks get changed to your domain. And obviously, make sure the AI doesn't accidentally redivert your revenue to the orignal clickfarm owner.
