Bojack Horseman seems like it was the quintessential millenial show

What do you think of it, years later?

I couldn't finish it, it just seemed like it dragged. With some tighter editing I think I would have finished it but I have no attention span.

I actually enjoyed it for a couple of seasons but I couldn't finish it. Basically every episode just turned into: "Oh no, Bojack is so self-destructive and has made bad decisions and his life is so sad as a result and he'll never recover and everything sucks and is bad and sad " and then presented that idea in various slightly amusing ways..

Maybe it got better at some point later on but it wasn't good enough to keep pushing through

Not really, but it was a great premise. There were still some great episodes here and there. His mom's funeral was a great scene on the serious side.

A lot of people here are so scared of being labeled redditors that they won't admit when they enjoy something mainstream. It was a good show and that was a cool episode.

I'm disappointed :marseywarsad: there  wasn't a scene :marseyarthoe5: where :marseydrama: the deer mom tracks :marseyzeldalinktoon: him down and is going :marseysal3: to kill him and Bojack tells her “Okay, I understand you're rightfully mad and want to kill me, but think :marseynoooticer: about this: everyone :marseynorm: saw you coming here, so they'll know you killed :marseykenny: me. There's an open bottle :marseyamazon: of Jack Daniels on that table :marseywould: and a bunch of sleeping :marseyastronaut: pills :marseytedsimp: in the drawer. I'm going :marseysal3: to get take a shower :marseybath: and drink :marseycheers2: that bottle :marseyamazon: no matter :marseyslm: what. If you want to kill me you can do it and no one will ever know. It's your decision.” He goes and showers and she's gone when he comes back. He pours the whiskey in a glass :marseydetective: and drinks it. The show ends with him sitting :marseyliquid: on the couch :marseywatchingtv: being miserable :marseycryingclown: but alive.

I'm disappointed there wasn't a scene where the deer mom tracks him down and he laughs in her face and says "b-word your whore daughter tried to frick me because I'm rich and famous and then I didn't frick her, get lost you have nothing on me" and then she walks outside and gets hit by a truck
