Prey wasn't that good it literally had the fricking same problems with the fricking 50 kilo girl fighting predator with sticks and stones when in the fricking first movie it took a fricking squad of elite soldiers armed to the fricking teeth with modern weapons. The funny thing is that the first Predator movie was already partly a satire of macho action movies. John McTiernan made that pretty clear in interviews. But John McTiernan is an all-time top-tier action movie genius (the man made Predator and Die Hard back-to-back), so the first Predator movie works both as a satire and as just straight-up one of the best action movies ever made. It doesn't preach any political messages in an obnoxious way.
It seems that lately the wokeoids have gotten hold of this great franchise and completely shit it up, because they do not understand how to just make a fricking great movie. Like communists trying to grow wheat and corn according to ideological principles of collective farming or Lysenkoism, they don't understand the actual topic that they are dealing with. For them, making a great action movie is an alien concept, they only understand how to ape other people's work on a surface level while pooping it up with political propaganda.

yeah, Prey was fricking way better than I expected. It was fricking probably the fricking best predator since the fricking second one with Danny Glover. I feel like it was fricking better bc the fricking woman doing better didnt seem like a fricking whole girlpower thing and jist more about her outsmarting the fricking situation which is what the fricking protaganist always ends up having to do in the fricking predator movies. I also liked how it took place back in time explaining the fricking origin of Danny Glover's pistol that he gets at the fricking end of Predator 2. We need more historical predators.
