I'm watching ted lasso because I'm bored. It's a feel good story. Definitely some good advice and a lotta pithy quotable bumper stickers on leadership here and there. The comedy is a bit too wholesome and saccharine for my taste but it's actually funny when you think it from a realistic !football p-o-v. Not even the MLS has a team which has a corporate structure so dysfunctional that it results in so much intermingling between the CEO and the managers, players etc. Nevermind a team from the world's richest league.
But what's even funnier is that MattWalsh from "What is a Woman" fame, for reasons unknown, throws an epic
after watching the series.

The first season is maybe just barely realistic if you can accept the idea that a burgerball coach would ever get hired for a
team (already a huge suspension of disbelief) but the later seasons go off the rails. But I still enjoyed it, nice to watch something that's unabashedly positive every now and again 
I think certain terminally online rightoids don't like it because it has leftoid nods to things like therapy. That being said, some conservative boomers I know irl are the ones who actually recommended it to me

Its funny you mention the leadership stuff in the show. I had to actually watch a couple episodes in a Maxwell leadership program.
