I don't understand why they need to justify it. Bongs already don't have rights and expect the government to brush their teeth for them, so they should just rip the bandaid off and ban the Internet. The worst thing that could happen is that some of those pink, pig-eyed, fuck-stupid fog monkeys have a little riot and burn a car or two before the bobbies march in and beat them back into submission. Plus, think about how many English-fluent jeets this would remove from social media. All good things!
