As a
living in the US:
If you work for a living and don't rely on government neetbux, the US system is likely better. Otherwise, the Canadian system is likely better.
Once I retire it might make sense to go back to Canada and let wagies fund my healthcare, but if you get insurance through work, the quality of care is just so much better here in the US. Not even close IMO.
