My wife is on booktok and so many of these women have been bragging about "reading" (usually audiobooks) 50+ books in 2023, and they are all really subtle variations on the same theme. Meanwhile, my mother-in-law is reading some weird Harlequin Romance-type books, with the recent kick all involving some beachside cottage. She read two separate series where the books even had practically the same names just in different orders.
Anyway, what I'm trying to say is women will read the same book over-and-over. That said, nerds will read Warhammer or Star Wars books, so they aren't any better.

>plus size heroine
The #1 mood killer in romance, for me, is when the love interest has absolutely no reason to like the protagonist. It just unravels the whole thing. Of course romance is often about a "normal" person and a more fantastical person (billionaire, vampire, succubus who only fricks 30 year old virgins, etc), but you need to be an decent writer to sell why your main character could be appealing to another person. It doesn't have to be "be hot" but give me something to work with.
This isn't just me bitching about foid nonsense either, I feel the same about badly done wish fulfillment for men

rdrama.net is pro-vaccination & pro-science when it comes to Covid discussions.
According to WHO:
Vaccines work by training and preparing the body's natural defences – the immune system – to recognize and fight off the viruses and bacteria they target. After vaccination, if the body is later exposed to those disease-causing germs, the body is immediately ready to destroy them, preventing illness.
Even after you're vaccinated, keep taking precautions
While a COVID-19 vaccine will prevent serious illness and death, we still don't know the extent to which it keeps you from being infected and passing the virus on to others. The more we allow the virus to spread, the more opportunity the virus has to change.
Continue to take actions to slow and eventually stop the spread of the virus:
Keep at least 1 metre from others Wear a mask, especially in crowded, closed and poorly ventilated settings. Clean your hands frequently Cover any cough or sneeze in your bent elbow When indoors with others, ensure good ventilation, such as by opening a window
Comments that are anti-vaccination, pro-misinformation, etc will be removed.

These books all have the same basic characters every single time
slightly exotic (accent/dark/etc) alpha male
big boss gets checked by bumbling young female and breaks his usual detached attitude towards women because he cant resist her
girl is an intern / innocent low level workerbee just out of college
focuses more on dirty talking "banter" than s*x / plot
Every male should read one if they want a peak into the female mind
