what format to use for animated marsey submission?

I like to encode in webp beforehand using so I can preview the loss of quality. Sometimes going from gif to webp will add a lot of noise or artifacts that can be minimized sometimes by either optimizing the gif before converting to webp or optimizing the webp after converting. You can use either gimp or ezgif.com for optimization.

I think for all emoji's it auto resizes to 200 pixels wide too but the height can be double or triple that, so keep in mind how wide it is as it'll shrink, eg:
