... but not enough for her to stand up.
Look, I have no idea what to title this post. In case that wasn't obvious already.
Anyway, I made this for @MoonMetropolis and decided I should make a regular Marsey version as well.
I think I managed to draw Marsey's melon-sized head from a new angle. It's not perfect, of course, but still might be useful for future reference.

The ladybug Marsey is so cute!
Something feels off about the head of the regular Marsey (is it the mouth or the neck?), but good job regardless! Drawing from new perspectives is difficult.

I think it's the "spine". Realistically, the torso should be turning/bending a bit with the head.
I don't know how the frick I would draw that within Marsey's proportions though.

Marsey's proportions are so fricked, there's no "realistic" way to do a lot of contortions, and I always hate when I try and immediately delete them so nobody knows my shame. It looks good, bb.

There's always a point when I'm sketching out a new Marsey that I think: "Why no one drew Marsey from this angle before?"
Then I'm quickly reminded as to why. For a cat, Marsey really isn't that "flexible".
