explanations for each tier

• tier 1: mostly harmless fun, stupid gimmick accounts, annoying pingers, disruptive users, uses the block function a lot, did a stupid thing, creates dumb marseys and posts

• tier 2: some lolcow behaviour in one way or another, transphobic, transphilic, incels, borderline schizos, annoying r-slurs

• tier 3: showing massive lolcow behaviour, incels, schizos, spammers, larpers, even more annoying r-slurs

• tier 4: perpetual disrupting behaviour, well known across the rdramaverse, hated and loved by everyone

• tier 5: actual lolcows
