I have never banned anyone for being a peepee to me. I only banned him for suggesting I tried to and lost suing him when this is demonstrably false. I didn't even attempt to have the restraining order extended since it served its purpose and Mello stopped contacting me. I literally did not show up to the extension hearing since it wasn't necessary. I have never been laughed out of court. I went to court ONCE and that was to get the 21 day restraining order which was effective. The only time I have ever been to court, I got what I sought.

I think you misunderstood / misread him. He was saying you got laughed out of court about the Mello restraining order (something Mello showed him about it being dismissed because you failed to move the case forward, which I guess makes sense if you didn't show up). He didn't say you took him to court, he said you threatened to, which is how your message telling him to get legal council comes off.
