Are they r-slurred? Nukes have been single handedly keeping world peace since the cold war.
By france saying this they are not only undermining their status as a nuclear power but altogether lessening the consequences of dropping nukes. They are saying "we're fine with russia nuking someone". And that's literally the worst thing a nuclear power could say right now.
This statement has probably brought us closer to nuclear armageddon than anything russia has done in the past year.
