Hmm I can't help but

:#marseywrongthonk:

that a lot of those fired execs (and tech CEOs in general) are all :marseytunaktunak:.

Why is that? And shouldn't much of the Twitter bloat and fat have been cut under their leadership since Indians are cutthroat in business vs cucked Western CEOs which are all about admin, bureaucratic, and diversity bloat?

Tata, one of the largest Indian conglomerates today producing everything from steel and cars to software(TCS is one of the big three software companies) explicitly has a policy of not firing people, they had a new CEO from a different family come in who wanted to cut fat at TCS and it ended up being a fight with the former CEO, a Tata, who eventually forced him to resign.

Lol so they just accumulate more and more deadweight at the expense of a business?

I'm all for trying to treat employees well etc but some people suck and need to be shitcanned.

Yeah :marseyagree: it's kind of weird. My personal go to theory :marseyhorseshoe: would be that twitter :marseybluecheck: made the mistake :marseybikechainincident: of taking in Indians at positions higher than management and this resulted in Indians filling the entire network :marseyslab: with relatives and community members without the requisite skills.
