This might be the fallacy of social media. Its too powerful. Whoever is in control of it will ultimately let it turn into some form of echo chamber informed by their own politics or whatever is marketable. Especially if a woman takes over (which explains a lot of twitter 2016-2022). But I'm interested to see what happens when the most popular marketing tool is no longer a lefty echo chamber.
