This kind of r-slur logic is why juries have no place in making decisions about science.

  • The hemophilia stuff was done by French companies protected by the French government.

  • Roundup is from Monsanto, an American company.

  • The Nazi stuff was done by actual Bayer in Germany.

The fact that these three organizations generations later are all part of Bayer doesn't mean Bayer is especially evil, it means there's been a lot of consolidation in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry.

Big evil German corporations do evil stuff all the time (diesel emissions scandal for one) but that doesn't mean every accusation is true. Do you really trust lawyers more than them?
