The chuds will cheer about the steaks they can't afford, the soys will cry about the meat they won't eat. I just want to grill one up and see what I like better like a real American.

I've always considered the people in Star Trek who turn their nose up at replicated food r-slurred. It's literally the same food but made perfectly, molecule by molecule. Heck, you can ask the machine to give you a different variation/concentration of spice to get a more "authentic" feel.
