If BC can give out free hard drugs to addicts, why cant we give alcoholics cheap booze?
The real answer here is alcohol has been normalized in a way hard drugs have not.
It's been said alcohol is the only drug you need to apologize for not taking.
Additionally the government takes a tax cut on booze, so it's a fair point for the public to ask questions about products like this, knowing we're profiting in a way.
Remember. Booze is a drug too but since it's legal it actually needs more regulations, apparently.

Who is more pathetic, the homeless person, or the cuck who demands that they accept their money and whines about it for a month when they turn it down saying "no thanks" since they're suspicious of their intention?

Skill, patience. Most folk cant hang a picture frame let alone solder copper tubing.
Making wine from boxed kits filters out a not insignificant amount of people, making hooch from a mash? Forget it
