All of those countries except Saudi, Oman, and China are shitholes and none of those 3 are the type too stick their neck out for a troublemaker like Dotcom. Both are far too developed too be a shithole. Westoids just seethe about their politics, the existence of a sub-continental slave caste, and that they don't let foreigners openly violate their laws. Life is pretty good for natives of these countries and wealthy foreigners who understand discretion. Literally everypony @AnalKong knows who lived in Saudi for work reasons ended up loving the country although you go through a hardcore culture shock you're first year or two. Oman gets less western expats than saudi but from what I've heard quality of life is good and terror attacks are extremely rare there. You're genuinely more likely too get killed by islamists in europe than in oman.

Ermmmm xir you're wrong. They might not have extradition treaties by de facto, but if you are caught committing srs crimes, the us will gently ask xese countries to extradite these people in exchange for money/favors or just plain old threatening.
