also like From my experience it seems like you jump from <40k to >100k as soon as you get literally any qualifications, but if you were on gibs you net less money as soon as you cross like 30
ok so We should probably let people keep a portion of their gibs if they can prove theyre preparing to make the leap to 80+, so they can get a feel for what having savings and good credit is like
