The Denver metro area has dozens of gangs associated with many different groups, some solely based on race, creed, or ethnicity. We have Aryan Brotherhood, PF, MS-13, Bloods, Crips, heck even Kia Boyz qualifies as a gang.

What people are trying to get across is that you don't blame the entirety of all immigrants for TdA unless you're also blaming all latinx for MS-13 and all white people for Aryan Brotherhood or PF.

Because if you are blaming a whole demographic for the existence of a gang, you're missing the point. If you're selectively choosing which races you blame as a whole for the existence of any specific gang while you give others a pass, that's pretty telling on its own.

I lived near Denver up until very recently and it's hilarious how poorly the "welcome all Venezuelans" plan has gone. Every time you approach an intersection, there's a coin flip's chance that you'll see one of them begging for money. The city also reduced a lot of its services budgets (mostly parks, IIRC) because so much had to be spent on the migrants. Their children flooded into the school system and are causing massive problems because none of them speak English and so the schools have devote a ton of resources to them. My friend's a teacher in the area and she was absolutely livid about that impact. Lastly, we had the gangs and crime shown in this post. Going to the Denver subreddit and searching for "migrants" or "Venezuelans" leads to a lot of locked posts for some reason…
