This is probably a good time to push for a better deal. Boeing can't threaten to just pack up and move somewhere else. They tried doing that in South Carolina and now they've got really severe quality control issues there. It turns out that having a skilled workforce in Seattle is actually really good for the company and they should be willing to pay for it.
