I think SCOTUS could overturn US vs Wong Kim Ark. It wouldn't require an amendment, just ignoring stare decisis which this court is very happy to do. It'd be litigated to death sure, but SCOTUS and Trump both seem to be willing to teat the boundaries of their power.

I think they'll overturn Obergefell first, then go after Wong. I'm not sure they have the will or competence to make it happen, I just feel like they could, if they really committed to it. Which is darkly exciting.

I think rightoids are getting too excited by having Roe overturned thinking this means that they'll just start overturning everything that protects leftoid policies.
But Roe was a uniquely shitty decision and even a lot of leftoids knew it. So I don't see it being overturned as a sign that decisions like Obergefell are in danger. They couldn't even get affirmative action killed properly last year.

Mormons and muslims pushing for polygamy under Obergefells own standard is potentially enough to overturn it with them actually seeking a legitimate expansion of it with legitimate religious and historical backing. Polygamy, which obergefell denies, actually has a better argument by the judges who backed the obergefell decision than gay marriage does.

That would be extremely fricked up and would erode any trust in the Court, not to mention the clusterfrick it would create with the millions of second-gen Americans.
SCOTUS being aligned in some ways doesn't mean they'll do anything Trump tells them, they don't owe him.

We're about to have a SCOTUS where a majority is was appointed by Trump. They will all be people comfortable with a total reshaping of US government. They will side with him because they agree with him, not because he coerced them into anything.
