He knows darn well that they're not going up to 5% any time soon. Heck, they couldn't if they tried. It would take them years just to build the factories to spend that much money in.

Why is he making a demand that he knows will be rejected and just give the eurotrash an excuse to do nothing? Obviously this isn't in America's interest. Hmmmmmmmmm... Who would benefit from this? Really makes you think.
