I think I know what happened. Look here when they're firing. Green shirt is oblivious and is sitting right where wong shoots. hp can definitely penetrate aluminum or glass. I think he got shot in the head. Still a bit too low but I can't see him in the window with wong's bodycam so he may have ducked or fell and gotten the headshot
