Obviously. A person being made aware of your existence is the first step in mating. Of course people (typically older and married), who already have mated or are mating are going to be less inclined to want ti garner attention since they are satisified in that area. And furthermore, its the reason why a woman wearing provocative clothing while in a relationship should be a red flag. Reason as well why men in relationships have lower T, because high T causes attention seeking behavior and is required to find a mate, but to keep one it is often times the opposite.
