I heard Amazon glacier is the cheapest but people have had trouble accessing their backups. Any other recommendations?
I have like 4TB or data, mostly my self backed up betamax collection from way back when.

The real problem with doing a 4TB cloud backup is your internet speed, unless you're on fiber. If you're stuck on cable, with its shitty upload limits (~35 megabits in my area) you're looking at a WEEK plus to do one single upload.

I have a second nas offsite and use synology's built in backup service so that my two nas' automatically configure everything between each other. I connect them through tailscale.
