For those who don't know Isaacman is a Billionaire entrepreneur and private astronaut who served as commander of Inspiration4 and Polaris Dawn (both private orbital missions on board of the SpaceX Dragon capsule, Isaacman himself financed those missions).
Interesting times ahead for NASA and the American Space Program considering him and let's be honest, Musk, will be in charge of it.

More than changing his mind, it's more likely Bridenstine simply stopped caring and began to voice his own opinions after becoming NASA's administrator.
Before that he was a congressman from Oklahoma, a state with a large shale oil industry, of course he was going to defend the policies which better benefited his state and district.
But Redditors prefer to believe the "country hick opened his eyes after working with real soyentists" thing.

The money will likely be directed towards Artemis. I can see them using New Glenn to launch Orion and an increased budget for HLS as Trump totally wants the moon landing to happen while he's still in office (2028 as latest).
