Wow. They found a peak IQ difference of 5 between moids and foids.

Be honest with yourselves. 5 points isn't a meaningful enough IQ gap to change outcomes extremely and is actually close enough a gap that you could prefer the lower IQ person if they provide other additional skills or competencies compared to the higher IQ person, even in IQ dependent fields.

5 points does have huge implications for the shape of the tails though. μ = 105 and σ = 15 vs. μ = 100 and σ = 15 implies that 9.5% of moids have an IQ > 130 while only 2.2% of foids though. Combine this with the already well-attested fact that men's variance in IQ tends to be a bit higher, leading to over-representation in tails of distribution, you've got a big problem. It's not unreasonable to ask that our doctors, lawyers, scientists, professors, and other such learned professions be drawn from the most intelligent of humanity. But at the same time we've got a society that focuses on ensuring equal s*x representation in employment. If for every woman of superior intelligence you get four men of similar capability, shouldn't we expect (and indeed want) 80% of these professionals to be men?

It is a meaningful difference if true, the most important impact would be found in the tails. small difference in the mean are amplified as you move farther out because the normal distribution is exponential.

however, it may be the case that the female-advantaged types of intelligence are more socially valuable for the average person than the male-advantaged types. this seems likely in fact. my theory is that male attention is more diffuse which impairs task completion and the ability to just make yourself be a cog when you need to.

Or do you mean the "emotional intelligence" where men are biologically programmed to have feel good chemicals flow through their brains more often when a foid is listening to them and pretending to care than when a moid does the same?

I would partially disagree. Working environments had to be altered far more to accommodate the personal needs of women than was done for men as per my limited knowledge of the history of workers rights. If you limit women being a cog to high agreeableness in women compared to men then I would agree. I am not sure about male attention.
