People think becoming a realtor is some kinda cheat code for free easy money, but the reality is something like 75 percent of all realtors dont make it to the second year. It's really easy and you can make a ton of money without any education but that means ludicrous amounts of competition for new agents. But as time passes your former clients will give you more referrals and that snowballs so there might be hope for him yet.
