Yeah, there's some 15 year old on /r/weightlifting that looks like a fully grown man because of his size.

As long as he didnt roid it probably isnt half bad. Lifting so much during development will still frick him up in the long run though.

It won't frick him up at all lol, certainly not with the ways he's eating. He's like 5'10 so not half bad. Not roided or anything, just very big @ 300+ . He squats nearly 5 plates at such a young age.

>It won't frick him up at all lol

There is a huge risk he can permanently damage his development by lifting too much or failing proper form leading to a torn muscle or worse. Not saying it will happen just that if it does it will cause way more damage to him than to a grown man.

>lifting too much

No such thing.

And he has things under control, lifting weights has a much lower injury rate than other sports, the only exception really being the absolute most competitive lifters.

>it will cause way more damage to him than to a grown man.

Kinda the opposite, recovery is easier during youth.

Bro if you really frick up and break something important during your development you are fricked for life

As I said lifting weights has a lower injury rate than regular sports, and also... not really? Even growth plates can heal. The bodies of young men are incredibly resilient, if they weren't we'd all walk out of highschool unable to walk.
