Can someone with a PhD help me on if I should hold cash instead of paying off debt at 27% apr?
I have 93k in debt and credit cards at 27% apr. Should I sell my stocks and use my cash savings to pay off my debt?

Hey guys should I keep my savings that provide a 2-6% annual return or use it to pay off my credit card debt with a 27% APR? The debt percentage is higher but debt is negative so I think I'm up by 21-25% percent.
