Tbf I knew several rich Chinese boys who didn't know what they were doing in college but at least they had the Porsche or the Lambo.

I hate real estate agents with all my heart. Trying to think of a job that requires less know how and skill and pays more per hour worked than them, and coming up blank. So glad that the courts broke their 6% monopoly. I can't wait until the free market starts bringing prices way, way down.

This man is my hero

They can see the confidential notes on MLS listings and tell me that the house I like didn't have permits and I'll never get financing

>2016 Jeep

>Owes 32k in 2024

https://i.rdrama.net/images/17146485555611727.webp

The highest trim Wrangler had an MSRP of 42k back in 2016. If he bought it when he was 18, that's a six year old Jeep for close to the original selling price.

Edit: so his parents pushed him into an r-slured decision.

Even better, his parents made the decision and it's in their names but he's shelling out a $680 payment and $400 for car insurance every month with a 10% interest rate and constant repairs :marseyemojirofl:
