Any tips for getting a second wind after lunchtime/in the afternoon?

I swear I am brain dead and also physically tired by like 1PM most days.

Does anyone have any strategies beyond adderall for this?

How can I become a post-lunchtime rowdy???

Peak covid I was doing 100 push ups for lunch because I thought the famines were coming and I would have to fight to survive

100 reps is too much and bad for you, you should have been wearing a weight vests so it was challenging for you at lower reps or changing up the push ups you're doing (diamond push ups etc) :marseyindignant:

How many pushups are too many? I do sets of 45-50 now, but dont go over 150 a day.

The real issue with that many push ups is that you're creating muscle imbalance. Throw in pull-ups/face pulls/anything that will work your rotator cuff so you don't have the posture of a knuckle dragging ape
