i was the only one at my work wearing a costume

every job i've had has let us dress up so i didn't bother asking, apparently we aren't allowed to for some probably gay and r-slurred reason so i was the only one in costume. if they asked me to go change i'd just say no cause i'm not letting my wagie job ruin my favorite holiday

did anyone else experience this !r-slurs
