After people on here told me that I had no waist and no hips, I have made the courageous decision to hit the gym for the first time in my life tomorrow morning at 10am. What exercises should I focus on to build that gyatt for my future husband to enjoy? !cuteandvalid

Just barbell back squats for the love of god
The foids I see at the gym do this one legged thing with the cable machine that makes their brappers look BVILT at full extension but IDK what it's called.

Squats are better for quads, RDLs are much better for glutes. OP should do both though

you're doing squats wrong. Squats will always have the highest amount of glute AND quad activation, since it places them under the most amount of collective load.

More than RDLs? Lol ok

Yes obviously, it's more weight in a greater ROM. There's relative activation, and there's absolute activation. That's why we have Main Lifts and Accessories r-slur. An RDL will not give him a god butt unless he also squats and normal deadlifts.

lol wait you're also the same guy that thinks strength and hypertrophy training are the same thing?
Opinion invalidated

If you can deadlift a shit ton, you will have a big back. Do you seriously believe this statement to be false? If so, you really shouldn't say other people's opinion as invalid.
You wanna hear something? How big you are is almost entirely dependent on how much you eat. This guy is an under weight and weak moid. He can't just manifest an butt out of nowhere. Bodybuilding is the refinement of a base, this has been known since ever. The most well-known guide on bodybuilding written by Arnold himself states as much, in the basic section, the most important section. He states that everybody should always focus on getting strong in SBD so they have a base, and then an advanced section that includes accesory lifts that are only really effective for experienced lifters that have a base already. You are the type of r-slur that thinks advanced means better, as did many others, and jump straight to accesories that are going to be much less effective than just a squat, especially on your underdeveloped body.
TLDR; You can't (body)build something from nothing.

Lmao you so clearly get your information from Reddit. You say all of the exact things they do and leave out all of the things they do.
Read a single book on the subject, just a single one

Redditors love hypertrophy training though?
Anyway, coping youtubecel. I both own and have read multiple books on the subject, even mentioned one in the reply.
