Clean it out with hydrogen peroxide, slab on some gel-based antibiotic, wrap it with a large clean bandage (don't use your towel, r-slur), then put on a sock and wait.

If it keeps bleeding (without stepping on it), then you'll probably need stitches. But it should stop.

If the cut was on your face, I'd recommend getting stitches (if your face isn't ugly, and you're looking for a cool scar).
