Outside it is currently rainy - you are depressed. You think you are the little flower and have room to grow.

Yet the clock is your biological clock. Your life is half over. Youth has faded.

You hope someone (educated by the text behind it, probably a doctor cause the handwriting is terrible) will protect you from the rain with his (male hands) umbrella.

But you knew the only hopeful future (signified by the sunshine) is being a cat mom.

The hearts are stupid foid shit and have no meaning.

I thought of an alternative for the hearts: green hearts often present poison. So you feel you are sick currently (left side) and you hope to heal (healthy heart right side).
