I haven't really exercised since getting CHF, not a path to prosperity I know. But the good news is, is that I didn't feel chest pain, I was able to have a solid thirty minute workout, and that although I feel tired, I'm largely ok.
IDK getting over my anxiety of working out is a nice feeling.

I was maybe a little overweight but I was young. Got it in my early 20's but they don't know what caused it. Could be an infection from some kind of virus, but it also could be a birth defect. They were not able to determine what caused it exactly, but we genetically screened my whole family, just seems like I'm unlucky in that regard.
Now I'm really overweight, and have a lot to do if I want to live past 40. I have some weird depression thing going on, but I'm sure I'll be ok. I just appreciate my bf taking care of me by making me healthy food and being encouraging for me to exercise.
