Okay so due to some nasty blood pressure readings I actually HAVE to quit smoking this time. Any tips/advice?

i'm honestly kinda glad this happened because now I know it's finally time to quit

Replace it withsomething else idelaly something you do with your hands like workimg out and/or videogames. Working out if f3asible for you, is the best thing bc the more in shape you get youll naturally want to not smoke as much when youre breathing heavy a lot.

That's an outlier. S*x is more than just exercise, imho releases chemicals that make smoking more appealing.

fair enough. Gaming is helpful bc its addictive too and its hard to smoke and game simeltaneously. A bif part of quitting smoking is evading the urges when youre bored.

yeah i've wanted to get a planet fitness gym membership so i could use their stationary bikes for both weightloss and cardio to help with the damage i've done to my lungs

Solid plan king, id just advise against planet fitness tho bc they suck. Try literally any other gym(so long as theybhave free weights).

Still even if youll never use the weights, a gym having a good free weight set is a good way to judge a gym's overall quality. If all it has are machines then its a dumpy gym and youll be statistically more likely to deal with a dumpier demographic of gym goers.
