Taking daily, now on week 6. Working memory
and attention
noticeably improved, nothing crazy
but it takes me less effort
to mentally
retrace my steps. It's easier for me to get started on tasks I'd normally procrastinate. Anxiety
used to hit me with hot flashes radiating from the core of my chest, chills down my spine, and if severe I'd get GI upset, these sensations are now gone. I've written off the mood boost from the included caffeine because at baseline I'm so fried
from stims
I can chug a Bang and feel nothing and practically inhale coffee
daily. I'd compare
how I feel with these like taking a very low dose of Vyvanse, I used to be on 70mg. 8/10 not as good as good 'ol pharmaceutical grade meth but for an OTC product
I'm impressed. So far I've experienced none of the known side effects. I'll report back if they make me trans
or grow a Videodrome chest
kitty.
Placebo is hitting hard or this bullshit
actually
works

I'm not familiar with Cognizin citicoline, but I take l-theanine and Brain Up and it's been a game changer for me

Big Nursinghome Inc probably Oy Vey'd the FDA on this because it seems to actually
work. It was originally used to treat
post-stroke impairment.

Really? That is very interesting. I'll have to look more into this. Is it expensive?
