80% of them absolutely know what woke is what it is describing but it's the same sort of smarmy deflection that progressives also do by branding their pet issues as ‘human rights' in order to motte and bailey/sanewash their extreme positions as common sense ones.
The problem is that you cannot win by arguing against them because they will just define the words to fit their narrative, after all, being against human rights is evil, luckily they are the ones to decide what they are in current year.

I'd say it's closer to 99%. They'll sanewash any nonsense as long as a D, or DSA, is next to the name. Heck they've ran cover for Hasan and Vaush before. It's like what

Yeah for sure. I don't really even know why there's such an influx of Soc Dems and such on that sub for the past five years as literally every meme leftist political ideology has their own subreddit and many of them are larger than neoliberal.
I do say relatively speaking that neoliberal has one of the more saner userbases overall for a progressive liberal sub, but that's not saying much when comparing to to arr slash politics, which is basically the horseshoe to mouth foaming QTards with the amount of brain rot on that subreddit.

Probably because you can have some nuanced discussion. It's still one of my favorite subs, but the 2020 election brought in all the arr politics tards. The closing of chapo didn't help either. Similar to the MDEfugee crisis on the old sub. As those chapos grew up, they moderated into succs and brought in the transgender nonsense with them. I miss the old days where PK would write anarchist manifestos only to be met with "Did a child write this?" And "The Prince has been rinsed!"
